Chance for Companies to Exhibit with Welsh Government at RWM19
Welsh Government are looking to recruit Wales based companies to co-exhibit alongside them at this years RWM event which is being held at the NEC in Birmingham 11th -12th September 2019.
Background to the Event
RWM in partnership with CIWM is the UKs largest trade show for the Recycling and Waste Management industry. It is the only event of its kind, covering all aspects of the waste hierarchy. With over 500 Exhibitors, attendance of over 12,000 Waste Professionals and 350 Seminars it spans each element of the industry and is shaped around the demands of this rapidly growing sector.
The exhibition will showcase seven zones covering the following areas:
· Energy from Waste
· Handling & Logistics
· Machinery & Equipment
· Recyclers & Reprocessers
· Data Tech & Services
· AI & Robotics
· Zero Emissions

As part of Welsh Government's attendance at RWM 2019, they are looking to recruit Wales based companies to co-exhibit alongside them. The following package to each of the successful applicants who are recruited to the stand includes:
· Dedicated company exhibitor panel within our space
· Inclusion within the exhibitor guide for the event
· Up to 2 company delegate passes per company.
The cost for this space is £275 (inc VAT) and does NOT cover any delegate travel, hotel or subsistence costs. The stand cannot accommodate any company beverage facilities (hot or cold) on the stand also.
How to Apply
If you wish to register your interest applicants will need to complete an application form providing a comprehensive narrative outlining the following:
· Your company details
· An overview of your company’s activities within Wales and how it fits within the Recycling and Waste Management sector
· Why attendance at the event would be advantageous to your company / organisation.

All applications will be evaluated and scored. Applicants will be informed whether they have been successful/unsuccessful by Monday 10th June
